the privacy and security threats. We always strive to
keep personal information of the clients of the CPAs
as confidential. aBridge Customer Privacy Policy ensures
that we provide better services to CPAs. Therefore take
a moment to read the following policy to learn how we
handle personal information of the client of the CPAs

we collect personal information |

aBridge
collects personal accounting and financial information
of the client of CPAs exclusively to provide CPAs
with our services in executing the mutually agreed
task like bookkeeping, tax preparation, etc. The
scope of the information to be used is clearly
spelt out in the client agreement and no deviation
is made except with CPAs prior approval. We also
collect other personal information of the client
of CPAs to give CPAs the superior service and
to provide CPAs with convenient access to our
services. By these we intend to keep CPAs up to
date on information we think CPAs would like to
hear about. However all the clients personal and
finance information is provided by the CPAs at
his sole discretion and CPAs can at any time opt
out not to provide with information they feel
can cause security threats.

There are several ways of collecting
the information depending upon the circumstances.
Generally our methodology is to collect the financial
information of CPAs client in the form of scanned
images of the documents send by CPAs or with his
authorization. The accounting information is accessed
online for data entry through the internet. However
we may collect the information through other medias
like e-mails and fax sent by CPAs or by any other
person on CPAs authorization.

we disclose personal information |

The personal information collected
is only disclosed to our employees to carry out
their job for the CPAs. In limited case we may
disclose the same to the third parties only to
the extent it is necessary in performing our commitment
towards CPAs and that too with CPAs approval.
At times we may be required by law or legal process
to disclose personal information of the clients
of CPAs . We may also disclose information if
we believe that disclosure is necessary for the
public interest.

we protect your personal information |

Company safeguards the security
of the data CPA send us with physical, electronic,
and managerial procedures. It is strictly adhered
in the office to work online and any download
of data is prohibited so as to protect the leakage
and misuse of your information. Further the external
medias at all the computers in our facility are
disabled and e-mails restricted to prohibit the
copy and export of your information. Separate
login credentials are in place giving different
entry levels into the server and accounting applications
which are system generated. This ensures that
the staff does not have control over the passwords
and they cannot access the client's application
except from the office computers. Our server uses
industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption
on all communication points to eliminate the chance
of the information being decoded. An initial scrutiny
and verification is made into the track record
of each employee being recruited so as to strengthen
our assurance towards his responsibility for sensitive
personal information of the client of the CPAs.
We commit to comply with the Local Privacy laws
in force at each clients state/country.
At CPAs side we urge CPAs to take every precaution
to protect your clients personal data when you
are on the Internet. Change your passwords often,
use a combination of letters and numbers, and
make sure you use a secure browser.

To make sure that personal information
of CPAs client remains confidential; we communicate
these privacy guidelines to every aBridge
employee.
We encourage CPAs to learn about the privacy policies
of the company. If we are going to use personal
information of the client of CPAs differently
from that stated at the time of collection, we
will contact CPAs for their permission. If CPAs
have not given us permission the same will not
be used for the different purposes.
